Welcome and thank you for choosing Van Guard Apartments as your apartment community. We are very proud of the environment we provide for our residents, and we want you to take pride in it too. We hope that you will be a long-term resident here. Please take the time to read over our community policies. Feel free to call us if you ever have any concerns.

Good Neighbor Policy
It is our policy at Van Guard that all residents be shown the proper respect. All noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum especially between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. All residents must act in consideration of their neighbors. Any violations of this policy will be reported and a record of it will be kept in their file.

We strongly recommend that residents obtain renter's insurance for protection of their personal property.

Management and maintenance agents may enter the apartment at any reasonable time to examine the apartment or make necessary repairs. All maintenance requests should be reported to management. The proper agent will be sent in a timely manner to make repairs as needed in the apartment. Should a professional contractor be needed to assist in the repair, management will make arrangements for said contractor to enter the apartment.

No object is to be hung over the railings of the balconies for any reason. Cigarette butts are not to be thrown on the grounds of the complex. They should be disposed of in proper containers. Any violation of this policy will be noted and kept on file.
